How Early Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

Hi, I am in very depressed state because of my three negative pregnancy test results and 13 days missed period.I am facing some lower abdominal pain sometimes and milky whlte discharge. Whether I can be pregnant or not?? How many days i have to wait to consult the doctor. Is this because of my lower HCG level..If so the blood test will detect my pregnancy even the HCG is low... Please help me. Some are saying within a week you can find whether you are pregnant or not.. some saying wait till 50 -60 days to take urine test..pleas help me

Please do not stress out, as it affects the ovulation. hCG is produced as you get pregnant and gradually it's level increases and it became positive within 10 to 15 days. But some times it takes longer time. To confirm the pregnancy USG abdomen is best test. Low level of hCG doesn't have much impact.
