I need to know why are you undergoing this procedure? How are your other cell counts? Have you undergone bone marrow biopsy? if yes then what does the report say?

Yes. Bone marrow transplant is curative for many illnesses and there is no age limit for it these days. If your doctor prescribed this procedure he knows better and I think let him be the best judge of your problem and treatment.
