How Effective Is Nordette If Taken Within 65 Hours Of Unprotected Sex ?

hello doc, i used Nordette as emergercy contraceptive Levonorgestrel 0.15 mg + ethinyl estradiol 30 ug... i drunk 4pcs within 65 hrs of unprotected sex, and drunk again 4pcs after 12hrs of 1st dosage. Is it effective? thanks

Hi,thanks for query.This drug is effective up to about 120 hours after unprotected act.But remember this is not the first choice as emergency contraceptive drug.Please take care about this.bye.
