What Causes Heavy Period Bleeding?

want to know about heavy period facing from last six month no fibroid seen in ultrasound and no other problem but gyno doctors prescribed Primolet N , Mellian by contraceptive by byer pharma. now result now i m facing same problem. if i take primolut N then stop. but i want to ride of this decease. please suggest me some advice. i tell you from last night my doctor prescribed me progluton containing each tablet Estridiol Valerate 2 mg and 10 tablet Estradiol Valerate 2 mg Norgestrel 0.5 mg. please send me good suggestion.

But there must be some HORMONAL ISSUES causing this problem. Better get a full evaluation by a GYNAECOLOGIST. Present hormones are for immediate treatment.
