How Effective Is Postpone 72 In Preventing Pregnancy?
Hello doctor I had unprotected sex with my neighbour aunt on 31st July at 2pm .. And she took postpone 72 on 1st August at 145pm well within 24 hrs... She had her last period on 24th July and said her menstrual cycle is 25 days. What are the chances of pregnancy. Pls advise What is the safe period for having sex wither hereafter ?

Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns. You had unprotected sex with your neighbor and she took 72 to prevent pregnancy. This would be effective in 98 percent of pregnancies. I would recommend if you are going to have a relationship with her that she either get on regular birth control or you use condoms
