How effective is septoplasty and turbinoplasty done to geteher for deviated septum patient with medical management becoming in effective and patient does have migraine problem too and under medication for the same.septum deviation confirmed thro CT scan.Pl suugggest

It is a good option to do both the surgeries together and is frequently performed.
You would be helped by the surgery if there is breathing problem and infection.
This would help in decreasing the headache. In many situations the headache is because of the septum abnormality or turbinate hypertrophy and it is noticed as migraine problem.
You might not require even the migraine medicine post operatively ie after operation.
