Hello,am Dr Mahesh,PCP is treated first then by two weeks highly active antiretroviral treatment(HAART) can be initiated under supervision by HIV/AIDS treating physician. The treatment is free of cost in India by designated centers in India by national AIDS control organisation(NACO).Blister under tongue has to be evaluated for possible cause.Bumps on genitals might be of viral in origin, has to be treated first then should initiate on HAART.Prognosis is good if timely initiated on treatment.Though PCP is treatable,it can be life threatening condition in HIV patients, due to loss of bodies immunity.Get treatment without any delay.
