Hello, I would like to know if I had any risk of a std like syphilis, as I was for first time in my life in a massage parlour four days ago. I got a full body massage with oil, and at the end she gave me a handhob with her nude hands, no condom or gloves were used only oil massage, she was all time dressed and there was not sexual contac with her genitals . The room was dark and I could not see any wounds on her hands. after eyaculation she whased her hands. I am a little concerned cause I was reading on the net that there are possiblities of skin to skin transmission with syphilis, herpes or papiloma. I am circumcised. What types of risk I could get after that situation?. Thank you
Hi, Welcome to HCM. Hand job is the safest sexual activity among all types of sexual activities. Even if she had some injury or abrasions over hand still you are safe.STD/HIV will not spread through this way. Theoretical possibility may be there. But practically you had no risk of STD/HIV. Penetrative anal, vaginal and oral sex carries risk. Blood transfusion and needle sharing also have risk and not a hand job. Nothing to worry at all. DR S.Murugan
