Me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost 2 years now and not too long ago we found that he had chlamydia. I have had tests done before and after and I had nothing. I have having trouble understanding where all of a sudden his symptoms came from?

Hello
thanks for using heath care magic

Chlamydia is transmitted sexually or through mother to child
during vaginal birth.
Most test used in diagnosing chlamydia are serological test that
test antibodies. Such test could remain positive long after the
infection had been cleared off.

There is also possibility of false positives. that is positive results
that are not actually positive.

However, chlamydia is easily treated with doxicycline or azithromycine
which any doctor could prescribed for you both.

Best regards
