How Is Constipation Treated?
I am on Atacand, Verahexal, Spiractin & Ecotrin. I take a multivitamin supplement plus Salmon Oil. I am extremely constipated, totally exhausted (can t get enough sleep) and I get dizzy .... trouble with my balance! I have to visit my GP soon, having seen a Cardiologist as recently as Feb.14. I d like your advice.

I really appreciate your concern and I would like to say that constipation is not the disease that can be treated unless have some underlying intestinal pathology, otherwise you can mange this with diet alone, drink more water have fiber containing diet, keep regular habit for toilet even if you do not want to go, do not apply force for defecation, stop medicine taking for constipation, have a nice day.
