Hello,

As I see the above-mentioned history I feel it is related to lumbar spine intervertebral disc injury and so does the symptoms of numbness, tingling and radiating pain has come.

I will advise for an MRI scan of the lumbar spine so we can understand the soft tissue pathology better.

With core stability, spinal muscle strengthening exercises and lower limb strengthening exercises you pain should come down.

Use hot water fermentation which will help reduce the spasm of the lumbar spine muscles.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
