How Is Femoral Anteversion Pain In The Limbs Managed In An Adult?
I have femoral anteversion, and it continually causes me pain in my knees, ankles, and hip area. This pain is usually severe enough that I have issues with traversing stairs, standing for longer than ~ 20 minutes, and walking for longer than an hour. Should I look into braces or mobility aids to help with this? Femoral Anteversion typically goes away by the time you are 7-8, but I am well above that age.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, here I would suggest the brace first but it is most advisable to avoid walking as long as it is possible till the condition or pain subsided completely hope this information helps
