How Is Hepatitis Infection Transmitted?

We have a hepatitis outbreak in Hawaii. However, our health insurance will not pay for this costly vaccine unless we have been exposed to the hepatitis. How easy or difficult is it to catch the hepatitis virus. If someone who prepares food in a restaurant, for example makes your salad, is unknowingly has hepatitis, and you eat the salad, will you now come down with hepatitis?

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query. The hepatitis viral infection spreads through blood or saliva. it won't spread from preparing food by an infected person.
