hi doctor i ve had a surgery since two years to remove the thyroid gland due to a stone like nodule resulted in paralysis in the left vocal cords and two upper swallowing nerves i ve a problem in swallowing liquids and frequent spasm happens in the right vocal cord causing me to feel as if im suffocating specially during sleeping is there anything to improve the case i m very depressed and frustrated
