How Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Postinor-2?

Hi, I took postinor2 after 12 hours of unprotected sex and after a month and some few days, I have missed my menses and an ultrasound proved that I am a month pregnant. Not a bad idea though, but just want to know what went wrong since postinor2 has always worked for me over the past 5years. It s a great emergency helper no two ways about that, but i just want to know what went wrong.tnx

Hello,

Your conception was done after the intercourses and Postinor-2 is a hormone which inhibit ovulation but if is already done then it supports pregnancy. You should continue with pregnancy now.
