How Likely Is It That I Will Pass A Immunoassay Drug Test In Seven Days?

I have a drug test for an outpatient rehabilitation center exactly 7 days from today. I dosed on 30 mg of adderall (mixed amphetamine salts) today, intranasally, between 12:30 and 1:00 pm. 10 mg of IR, and 20 mg of XR, but the XR beads were crushed for insufflation. I am 5 10, and 130 pounds. Fast metabolism, and I m pushing fluids, but I m aware amphetamines are lypophillic, so I m not sure how much good that would do. How likely is it that I will pass a immunoassay drug test in seven days?

I really appreciate your concern, chances of detecting the drugs are very likely because it is just week passed and no way to eliminates this unless some error occurs hope this information helps.
