How Likely Would A Borderline Enlarged Heterogeneous Uterus Impression Be Indicative Of Uterine Cancer?
I recently underwent a transabdominal ultrasound of my pelvis area. The findings presented a borderline enlarged heterogeneous uterus (9.5x2.8x4.6cm); without focal abnormalties, endometrial thickness at 4mm. Additionally, no fibroids are appreciated; no nabothian cervical cyst is identified. The right and left ovaries are not visualized; cul-de-sac is clear. How likely would this impression be indicative of uterine or other form of cancer. I am 66 years of age.
