How Long After Being Dilated A 4 At 38th Week Of Pregnancy Can Delivery Happen?

I am 38 wks with 34 cm of fluid. Last time I was checked, my doctor said I was already almost a 4 on dilation. I live 40 minutes away from any hospital. I am really worried about the cord prolapsing and such. I m I worrying to much? My doctor is treating this like a normal pregnancy and is down playing everything. She doesn t even seem concerned about my swelling or no treatable heartburn.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this is nothing to worry, because at the last movement many unusual things happens many nonspecific finding can be seen, but everything will be fine at the time of delivery, more over hyperacidity would be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care.
