How Long After Can I Walk Post Knee Cap Injury?

Hi,
Last night I got 10 stitches horizontally along the top of my knee cap to sew up a rip that went completely down to the bone. I'm in a foreign country and it's hard to get back in touch with the doctor who did it. When do you recommend that I can start bending my knee?

Hi dear,
You can walk slowly from first day onward.
But try to keep joint movement minimum for 3 to 5 days.Avoid vigorous movements.
Take care .
Thank you.
