How Long Am I Supposed To Take Lactifiber Powder ?
doctor has advise to take LACTIFIBER POWDER - daily for clear motion How long should i need to take the powder Daily i pass in the morning 3 to 4 time of motion , once after the break fast feeling like going to motion once again, when 5 time i go . still when i am drive to office fell like i have not fully complete the passing of motion. very frequently after food i get the motion who to control and medicine to be take to prevent.

Your symptoms are suggestive of either irritable bowel syndrome or a long lasting parasitic infection like amebiasis or giardiasis.
I would like you to take tablet metronidazole for 1 week for treating these infections. This would help relieve your symptoms. Since this is a prescription drug, I would suggest you speak to your physician about this.
If this does not help, I would suggest you see a gastroenterologist and get yourself evaluated for irritable bowel syndrome. Till then, limit your wheat intake; limit caffeine intake and have plenty of fiber.
Lactifiber an be taken for a few weeks. Once we have addressed the cause, you can stop this fiber supplement.
