How Long Can Azoran Be Taken?

I AM(62 YEARS) A PATIENT OF IGGL 4 RESLULTING IN A SUDOTUMOUR IN ORBIT NON-CANCEROUS SINCE 2006.
DOCTORS INITIALLY PUT ME ON OMNICORTAL AND AFTER THAT AZORON 2-1/2 OR TWO TABLETS OF AZORON DAILY. DOCTOR PLEASE ADVISE WHETHER AZORON 50 CAN BE TAKEN FOR INDEFINITE PERIOD OR IT WILL HAVE SERIOUS REPURCUSSIONS.

Hi,
Azoran is an immunosuppressive drug... reducing inflammation.
It has risky side effects like lowering blood wbc&platelet counts...which needs to be avoided. So it can not be used indefinately ...though it's effective for you careful vigilance to avoid these side effects by regular blood check ups &dose adjustment under doctor's supervision is a must.
