How Long Can Gabapentin Be Taken For Nerve Damage?
Should I continue to use gabapentin for nerve damage due to lower left lobectomy, I am also using Amitriptyline at night 20 mg which helps me sleep thru the night and take 1 60 mg Duloxetine after lunch. I also take 2 Advil or Aleve once a day after 20mg of gabapentin. Pain ratio goes from a 4-5 early morning wake-up to around 1-2 the rest of the day? YYYY@YYYY

You can continue gabapentin along with amitriptyline for neuropathic pain. In fact, gabapentin is the most widely used medicine for neuropathic pain.
If the pain persists you can consult a neurologist and aks for additional analgesics.
