How Long Can A Person Have Lyme Disease Before Symptoms

How long can a person have Lyme disease before symptoms develop?
I don't remember the last time I was bitten by a tick, but I have symptoms that my doctor has not been able to diagnose. It started about two weeks ago when I felt lightheaded, dizzy, nausea, heart palpitations, pressure in my lower right neck and upper right chest. After a two hour nap I felt better, but the symptoms returned along with a feeling of fatigue associated with moderate activity that causes extreme sweating. I also have developed a mild headache that is associated with a feeling of pressure/swelling of my head. My right eye always feels dry and my eyelid has an uncontrollable twitching. My doctor has ordered test ( Treadmill stress test, ultrasound of thyroid and carotid artery blood work) which were all normal. The only thing that was out of the normal range was the eosinophils which were at 12 and the normal range is 0 - 6
