How Long Do Pinworm Medications Take To Work?
How long does it take pinworm meds to work? My grandson has pinworms and was taken to Urgemt Care. They gave us a script for pinworm meds. He took the first dose this morning with a follow up dose next Thursday. Also, Dr. said that adults don t likely get it. But according to everything I have heard and read everyone in household should be treated. We don t know what to do about everyone else. Please help.

It is better to go for anti worm treatment all members.
Your child might carry ova or cyst of pin worm in his nails might pass in your food or other items with handling and might affect other family members giving rise this infestation.
Keep him nails well cut and maintain his nail hygiene proper.
