I took atorvastatin for almost 2 months before developing fairly severe muscle aches. Standing up from a seated position, getting out of bed, dressing myself even just walking around became arduous tasks. Discontinued the treatment about two weeks ago. The pain has subsided bot has not gone away. Use Tylenol to manage daily activities but do not wish to use any pain medication indefinitely. How long can I expect the discomfort to continue??
