How Long Does Cephalexin Take To Cure An Ear Infection?

Hi, I am taking cephalexin (2 500mg pills twice a day) for a middle ear infection. I am 5 days into a 10 day treatment. My ear still feels full and stuffy but no pain. How long does it take to start to feel like the antibiotics are working. I am going out of town tommorow and am getting alittle concerned that the treatment isn't working.

Dear along with antibiotic you gave to use decongestants and water vapor inhalation, avoid cool drinks and freeze water. Use otrivin nasal spray for relief. Still symptoms persisten you need to consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask.
