How Long Does Ciprofloxacin Stay In The System?
Does Ciprofloxacn have the same flouroquinolone in it as Levaquin? I had a hydrocortisone shot 3 weeks before taking Ciprofloxacng. 3weeks later, still feel a bit dizzy at times. Ciprofloxacn gave me throbbing headache after 2.5 days. How long does it stay in system?

Ciprofloxacine is in the same group of fluorquinolones as levofloxacine so you may have similar effects. Ciprofloxacine half life is about 5 to 6 hours so it can be out of your system in 22 hours or let's say a day. As a conclusion you may start seeing the effects of ciprofloxacine wean out in 5 to 6 hours and in a day you are clear from it.
