Hello dear Understand your concern Normally after effective dose of cytotec, abortion process will start with in 30-45 minutes and maximum in 72 hours. Cytotec along with mifepristone should be used for termination of intrauterine pregnancy after USG scan under the supervision of gynecologist. As you took the cytotc and no bleeding suggest failure of drug to induce abortion. You can not continue the pregnancy as it cause abnormal development of the pregnancy. I advice you to consult the gynecologist and undergo USG scan to know the status of pregnancy. It should be treated by extra dose of misoprostol or by suction evacuation.
