How Long Does HIV Virus Survive In Open Environment?

Hi went for HIV test and when he piersed my finger with needle I closed my eyes to take pain and later he took a strip with which he drew the blood from my finger and while doing so I was still with closed eyes . and later he told its non reactive but I had a doubt whether he used the new strip or the old one . hence I went to another lab exactly after 4 weeks where they did eclia test and The findings was 0.235 and they gave it non reactive . but still I doubt is that 0.235 is normal for normal persons and the cut off reference range was 0.90 . so please let me know whether I need to get tested again and also please let know how long HIV virus survive in blood in open environment and . is it possible if some one touches with the blood or blood contained equipemt directly on place where the blood was drawn not wound . does HIV virus die when it comes to contact with alcohol or soap and water? And please let me know what will be the usual range of reference of normal person in eclia test
