How Long Does Lyme Disease Take To Get Cured?

I am 71 year old who is being treated for Lymes Disease. This is the Third appearance of rash on legs. How long will this intense fatigue last? this is the most difficult part for me, I am unable to do activities of daily living. I just was started on Doxycycline today. Wil it help me?
