General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Meth is typically detectable in urine for one to four days but may be detectable for up to a week after heavy, chronic use. Blood tests can detect meth most quickly after it has been used, typically one to three days after last use.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General and Family Physician
