How Long Does Rifaximin Stay In The Body?

hello, i was given Rifaximin 550mg, to be taken 3 times a day. I have been taking it daily for 3 days. Even though the diarrhea stopped i am having muscle issues. My jaw and mouth have tightened and it hurts to eat. I am having spasms in my entire body, and a low grade fever every night. My Question: How soon will this be in body if i quit taking today.
