How Long Does Utovlan Take To Show Effect?
Hello I m 66,post menopausal, due for an hysteroscopy next Thursday. I started bleeding ten days ago & as the bleeding is getting heavier my dr prescribed utovlan two days ago. I ve taken 6 so far but still bleeding very heavy (+ in pain) When will the pills start working please? I m terrified. Thankyou x

Usually, the effect of Utovlan will be notable within 48 hours as you are taking thrice daily (6 tablets already within 2 days). You should be getting the results very soon by the end of this day or tomorrow (3 days already). Keep regular follow ups with your gynecologist.
