How Long Does Zithromax Stay In The System?

ZITHROMAX. MY DAUGHTER AGE 52, AN OLDER FRIRND OF HERS IN HIS NINETIES AND I ALL HAD THE SAME REACTION TO ZITHROMAX: SEVERE BACK PAIN AND DIFFICULTY STANDING UP STRAIGHT. THIS DRUG SHOULD BE BANNED. READING THE COMMENTS HERE, I AM AMAZED THAT THE TWO DOCTORS I HAVE SEEN HAVE NOT MENTIONED THE HIGH POSSIBILITY THAT THIS DRUG COULD WELL BE THE CAUSE OF MY PROBLEM. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? THIS DRUG IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. THE QUESTION IS, HOW DO I GET IT OT OF MY SYSTEM? ANY IDEAS?

The reaction is less likely to be due to Azithromycin, these reactions are not mentioned in side effect profile of this agent.
As you have not mentioned the reason for its prescription, i will not be able to provide you an alternative.
Its elimination depends on the dosage and as well as the duration of treatment.
I advice you to see doctor for examination of the symptoms and if doctor feels that the symptoms may be due to drug, it can be changed and other drug will be prescribed.
