usually child develop step by step.
Physiotherapy will help child to go through these stages gradually.
However, physiotherapist assess child's development by developmental scales and do accolrdingly.

in which form the treatment is given?
if only exercise is done then u can do at home
but if any treatment is being given then u must consult ur doctor to examine her and see for improvement ,only after this period of physiotherapy can be advise.
