Hello Doctors i want to know can mild lumbar spondylosis treatment is there ? i mean permanent treatment or only physiotherapy and excises is the treatment please please reply asap

This is degenerative changes in the spines.It can not cured but further damage can be prevented.
Physiotherapy keeps muscles surrounding the spines and lower limbs active and prevent stiffness.
