Tomorrow will mark 2 weeks since I feel down my stairs in my house. I slipped on the first and I know I hit at least 5 directly with my buttocks and palms of my hands. The bruising is getting better everyday, I use vit E lotion and soak every night. I have been applying ice and heat as well. My hematoma is 7 inches wide and 4 inches tall. It does not have fever but has been this size for 2 weeks now. How long before I start to see a change? Also is there anything I can do to help speed up the process. I have seen so much on the net about plastic surgery, really don t want to have to do that. I am eating lots of fruit that stimulate blood flow. Also, how long before I can work out? I am a big gym rat... this is killing me not to go! Thank you
