Hello dear I understand your concern Noreethisterone will help to stop the bleeding. But effect will depend on the cause of bleeding. If it is due to hormonal imbalance the it will responds in 1-2 week. But you have have bleeding since 3 week and not responds to noreethisterone need detailed examination and workout. Heavy bleeding could be due to endometriosis, ovarian cyst, endometrium and cervix dysplasia, fibroid, polyp and endometrium cancer. Progesterone shot in high dose and tranexamic acid will help to reduce the bleeding. Other treatment will depend on the specific cause.
