Hi I'm 29 weeks pregnant I smoked weed 2 weeks ago for a week straight just once a day then stopped because of the baby I was just really stressed out and feel stupid for even doing it . its not like me to do something like that let alone be pregnant and let it harm my child I wanna know how long will it take to get out my system to take a normal urine test without having THC be detected if I drink 3.78 liters a day of water ?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you had cannabis and you are pregnant as well. You should not take it at all as it will hamper your baby's physical and mental growth. It can lead to premature baby as well. I would suggest you to be determined enough to leave the dependence/addiction only then it is possible. You should take expert counseling from your psychiatrist and counselor and you should go for relaxation therapy to avoid dependence. You should do yoga and meditation. Drink plenty of water. You should enroll yourself in other activities such as swimming, playing and other things you feel enjoyable to divert your mind and dependence. You should do exercise daily and take diet rich in multivitamins.
