General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your 2 year old child have cough since ten days. So physical examination needed especially chest evaluation should be done for further management. I need to know history about presence or absence of fever, vomiting etc., to guide you further. It could be upper respiratory tract infection. If fever present than pneumonia could be possible. I suggest you consult your child to pediatric doctor for chest evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
