How Long Does Dengue Take To Get Cured?

Hi I had fever on 2nd Nov and today it s 10th day. I dont have fever anymore. My NS1 was positive on 4th Nov. and I have been tracking platelets eversince. Last platelet was 1.60 lacs. How long it will take to get cured and how will i understand that.
