How Long Does Dizziness Last After Falling?

I jumped out of moving truck last Saturday and hit my head on ground resulting in eight staples in back of my head! Had Ct scan which was negative. Dizziness was bad last week then let up over the weekend yet returned full force today all day. How long will this continue and should I be concerned?

Yes,reevaluation could be better than simply waiting for the worst that can happen.Check dizziness is because of medications or its because of injury.Also get evaluated your blood pressure.Any other associated symptoms like blurring of vision,vomiting,hearing abnormal sound in ear warrants medical examination without any delay.
