How Long Does Fenugreek Cause Irritation Of The Stomach?
I have been taking Fenugreek and blessed thistle for the past 5 days (3 pills each, three times per day) to boost breastmilk supply. The herbs seem to be irritating my stomach so I consulted a Lactation Consultant and she said to just stop taking them. I was wondering how long the herbs will have an effect in my body i.e., how long will it take for them to leave my system.
