Hi, Please note that the half life of Adderall is about 10 hours.
This means that every 10 hours, half of the previous amount of Adderall in the body disappears. XR refers to the slow release form and does not reaches the peak serum levels immediately; rather it maintains a serum level of the drug for longer periods. So your body should be free of the drug pharmacological level within 24 hours, but negligible levels could last two to three days.
