General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
The maximum time for recovery is 8-10 days. If the baby does not have fever, irritability, breathing trouble.
You must try to feed her breast milk (expressed one if needed with clean spoon & bowel) more frequently. Canadd pediatrocvitamindrops with her doctor's consultation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care

How Long Does It Take For An Infant To Recover Post Fever?
Hi, Viral fever causes a lot of weakness, lack of appetite &lethargy. Babies usually deny eating. So recovery is delayed. The maximum time for recovery is 8-10 days. If the baby does not have fever, irritability, breathing trouble. You must try to feed her breast milk (expressed one if needed with clean spoon & bowel) more frequently. Canadd pediatrocvitamindrops with her doctor s consultation. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
