How Long Does It Take To Get The Results Of A Non-reactive PCR Test?

I was just told two weeks ago my liver enzymes were high. I was given a blood test and tested positive for Hep C. Now I am waiting, still, for results from a non-reactive PCR test, I believe is what the paper work said. It has been over a week and still no results have been sent back. How long do these usually take to find out?
