How Long Does It Take To Heal A Knee Injury ?
I hit the inside of my left knee really hard against a wall about 2 weeks ago, most of the mobility has come back slowly but I unfortunately cannot kneel down past 90 degrees as it causes lots of discomfort, should I be worried? does it take a long time to heal a knee injury?
