I had a dominant follicle on Thursday last week 18 mm... And the window of ovulation was Saturday to Tuesday as per my doctor. While my husband and I were active on Saturday and Sunday, I didn t see an LH surge... So visited my doctor again and here are the findings: Ultrasound showed that the dominant follicle was no longer present hinting signs of ovulation BUT LH level still is high (rising), progesterone and estrogen both are high as well... Uterus lining thick. My doctor says I am yet to ovulate as per the blood work But I don t understand how the ovulation could occur after 3 days of the collapse of the dominant follicle... I have polycystic ovary syndrome and this was my second clomid cycle. Any help would be appreciated.
