How Long Does Pulled Muscle In The Upper Arm Take To Relax?

I threw a ball forcefully out to the side, pulled muscles in upper arms (yes, I did it with both arms), arm pain is when I move the wrong way or first thing in the am after sleeping. voltarin helps, advil helps, but its taking a long time to get better. i do have to use my arms, so its hard to just let them heal

with treatment it can improve within ten-days. take hifenac p three times daily have to make it i mobilize . have to take rest and apply voveran or any analgesic ointment cold compression can be applied
