How Long Does Rashes Caused Due To Lichenoid Dermatitis Take To Heal?

I have had a skin biopsy by my dermatologist and it is lichenoid dermatitis. I ve had it since 1/26 of this year and it is only on the toes of both feet. I have been using clobetasol ointment for about a week. How long will it take before the rash goes away? I do not know how I got this. I have not used any new lotions or detergents. I have been taking Singulair for a few months. Could this have caused my condition. My toes have a red rash and they look awful. They can get uncomfortable. There is no itching. Could I have eosinophilia? I know that Singulair can cause this condition. What would you recommend and should I see another specialist?
